Pros

Work is manageable but management is stressful.

Cons

Working at IRE feels like a circus run by people who were never taught how to lead. Management promotes favorites and family members, and the rest of us are expected to smile and worship whatever decisions comes down that week. Simple tasks turn into fake emergencies, while employees are treated like they cannot think for themselves. Their attitude is exhausting and insulting, like trust is a privilege only managers deserve. Pay is horrible compared to the market, and everyone knows it, which is why good people quietly leave every month. Do not work here.

Pros

Endless calendar invites that consume the entire workday.

Cons

- An overwhelming number of meetings grind progress to a halt without delivering decisions or clarity. - The same topics are recycled repeatedly with no ownership or follow-through. - Discussions turn into pure time sinks rather than productive work. - Action items disappear as soon as meetings end. - Issues resurface weeks later, completely unchanged. - Progress feels staged and performative instead of real. - The constant cycle of talking instead of executing becomes deeply aggravating.
