Roles and expectations change without consistent communication, making it difficult to build momentum or deliver sustained results. The organization lacks operating discipline. Initiatives are launched without clear ownership, resourcing, or follow-through, which leads to burnout and frustration among capable leaders and teams. Progress depends more on navigating internal dynamics than on strong execution or performance. Despite pockets of talent, the overall environment is chaotic, toxic and poorly aligned. For experienced operators who value structure, clarity, and accountability, this is a challenging and often disappointing place to work. Executive leadership is arrogant and clueless at best. If you are thinking about working here just read the other reviews. The fact that IRE tried to fake positive reviews as mentioned by Glassdoor says it all. This place is a con run by clowns.
