Simple tasks turn into fake emergencies, while employees are treated like they cannot think for themselves. Their attitude is exhausting and insulting, like trust is a privilege only managers deserve. Pay is horrible compared to the market, and everyone knows it, which is why good people quietly leave every month. Do not work here.

I honestly feels unsafe the moment anyone tries to speak honestly. The moment an employee shares even the slightest negative comment, the response is instant hostility. Instead of listening or trying to understand concerns, those in charge lash out and make the situation worse. It becomes clear fast that sharing your thought is treated like a threat.
