Pros
None- the promise if they could live up to them
Cons
Working for this company was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences of my professional life. In my opinion, the workplace was chaotic, disorganized, and driven by pressure rather than real strategy. The expectations placed on employees were completely unrealistic, especially considering the lack of support, training, or functional tools to actually perform well. Leadership constantly pushed us to sell and promote services that we knew, from firsthand experience, didn’t deliver the results promised. It felt predatory. We were expected to hype up a product most of us didn’t believe in, and when clients became upset or complained, we were given canned responses instead of real solutions. Communication from management often felt dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of addressing issues, they tended to push blame downward, leaving employees to deal with angry customers and impossible promises. Morale was always low because everyone could see the disconnect between what the company sells publicly and what actually happens behind the scenes. If you’re considering working here, think twice. In my personal experience, it was stressful, disorganized, and ethically questionable. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for stability, growth, or a company that truly values its employees.
