Terribly low pay Not enough QA testers When a process would change, instead of introducing the change, they would tell you it has always been done this way, even when there is documentation to the contrary. They said they were paying us in the top 25th percentile for our roles but the Bureau of Labor Statistics shows that we were actually paid in the bottom 10th percentile. The culture is weird, they treat employees like children. Super cheap. Our manager had to purchase activities for the holiday party out of her own pocket. An employee suggested a slack channel to promote our side hustles because no one can live on what they pay. Got rid of unlimited PTO and said it was a favor to us.
