They will not give you enough time to learn. I struggled to understand the material because it was soooo much information and they didn't have a set way to do something. The training videos are outdated, so you can't follow them to figure things out because they differ from the programs used because of changes and updates. Only 3 or 4 BLK people the only black manager was fired it sounded real sus when they announced it.

1. CSOs don't give any sales reps the time of day and constantly cut meetings short or no-show without warning. messages go without acknowlegement often 2. Zero plan in place, all work is done reactively instead of proactively 3. no organization and disrespectful communication styles from leadership 4. low-level employees complain but upper management does nothing to actually fix issues that have been pointed out for months 5. underpaid 6 expected to work long hours, little work-life balance
