      Non Compliance of Labor Code and Labor Law

      Co workers has a potential, Potential to develop of ideas and training.

      Cons

      The board and higher ups does not comply the law and labor code for its employees leaving its employees has less or no benefits at all before leaving. They dont comply the complete separation pay of the employees.

      This former employee's claim that Inside Real Estate "does not comply with the law and labor code" is completely false and inaccurate. This employee filed a claim with the Labor Commission alleging that they not been paid properly when they voluntarily left the company. Inside Real Estate responded to the Labor Commission by providing documented support for all payments due and paid to the employee. The Labor Commission sided with Inside Real Estate and fully dismissed 100% of the claim concluding that the former employee's allegations had no grounds and they were in fact properly paid.

      No pros working for this company.

      Management will say they are there to help you but then get on your demos and when you close a deal they want 50% of your commissions. I’m sorry, but isn’t management supposed to be there to help support and help you be successful in your role, not take money from you? In addition, they “trained” all BoomTown reps on how to sell KVcore in less than a month and then wanted everyone to sell that while tying our hands with selling BoomTown. All while KVcore reps were soliciting to BoomTown clients to bring them over. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work there.
