      Still has startup environment. TONS of work and projects that will give you years experience in mere months. Great team and manager

      Pros

      Since the merger of Kunversion and Inside Real Estate, the company has really become an outstanding place to work.

      Cons

      Took a little bit to get all departments together, but now it's working well.

      Pros

      Many much-needed changes have been made and the company is on a trajectory for success. With the addition of new, industry- experienced senior team members, this company will continue to grow and improve rapidly. The strategy is sound and the product is one of the best in the business. Further focus on customer success and product stability will continue to push an already great adoption rate.

      Cons

      None - most major issues have been addresses.
