Teammates are good, cooperative, and fresher-friendly environment.

Cons

Every year when the time of salary increment arrives, the management becomes reluctant. They want employees to follow every rules but they don't want to do the same. Only squeeze the juice out of people but don't want to pay decent in return. No learning and growth opportunity as well.
