      A well respected publisher with a suite of high quality publications, events and online newsletters that you can be proud to be associated with. Hard working colleagues in every department that all go the extra mile to get things done and help each other Professional and fair management team that give a huge amount of their time to develop staff to their full potential

      Fast paced environment where you always need to be on your A game. There are regular deadlines to meet so it is not for the faint hearted!

      Pros

      Good brand, decent pay and great staff. Some very skilled people work there.

      Cons

      Aggressive and secretive management team Dirty, grubby offices No rewards outside of the norm - dont expect any modern benefits No real investment in technology or smarter working Everything made difficult by poor, cheap systems of working No decision makers in the business outside of the MD- micro management is very much the order of the day No trust in staff - no mattter how long they have been there It operates like a business from 1987, with the addition of emails
