Remote work Great colleagues and fun work environment PTO

Cons

Poor Pay for industry My base pay was reduced for two consecutive years, with no reason. Changes GTM every year, no time for any model to take over. Hired folks too inexperienced for job roles that will take them years to get good at Too many changes too fast is bringing the company down They have started regular layoffs every quarter starting 3Q2004

Pros

Remote work environment (for some teams).

Cons

Unorganized, salesy / competitive culture. Had multiple successful sales where the client complained about the service. Sales is disconnected from delivery. Asked to sell things without understanding them. Was asked to email spam potential clients (entire companies). Profit focus over customer focus. Offerings are subpar, constantly changing, and hard to get behind (as a salesperson).
