The work life balance and the ability to work remote is just one of the great benefits that Insight offers its teammates. The ability to have flexibility in the work schedule is a very nice benefit to offer so thank you for sharing that.

It's a big company so prepare yourself to be resourceful, make friends, and ask questions. If you're the type who isn't afraid to raise your hand, you'll be just fine.
