Overall, the company is considerate. Pay is good Load is light

Cons

It's a challenge but there are too many technologies to support in a shared team. No annual bonus unlike other companies.

There are opportunities for advancement. Training is paid for if you know the right questions to ask. Collogues were enjoyable to work with.

Cons

Management changed a lot. The process of layoff is sneaky.

The work environment is very friendly and comfortable. The company's values are practiced daily and are effective.

Cons

Management, not senior management, are assigned to teams that are outside their scope. Then when you want to grow in your career path, you have to obtain approval from them to move forward.
