      Pros

      Great people - lots of free meals - genuinely care ... as long as you make them money

      Cons

      so much micromanaged - terrible pay - 10 hour days plus so many meetings before and after work and you get pushed to work after hours and on weekends and no commission until you make someone else tons of commission

      There is nothing positive I can say about this company.

      Cons

      Everything is a struggle with them, contact them - impossible, get paid for promised time off - took weeks to prove that I had that time.

      Take advantage of recent grads

      You drink with your coworkers. Which you can do anywhere.

      Cons

      This company takes advantage of recent grads that don’t know the value of their work. Very little pay for high demands. 7:30a-6pm and you make 32k..... not worth it to me. Plus, you have to dress professional just to talk on the phone all day and make 10$ an hour. Ridiculous. Even if you get promoted to acct manager, you still have to be in at 7:30. No freedom, micro managed
