      Pros

      Insight Global provides the opportunity to grow within a fast paced environment. I personally have loved my experience here. Not only have I received one on one training and mentorship, but I've been given the opportunity to move into leadership. After five years on the job, I still enjoy coming into work every day, which is the most important thing to me. While it's fun and exciting, it's still challenging. If I was to graduate and start a career with a new company, I would pick Insight Global.

      Pros

      I absolutely LOVE working for Insight Global. I have never been in a work enviroment where I feel like success is in reach from the get-go. I am CONSTANTLY surrounded by amazing mentors and examples of hard work and success. I am constantly being motivated to reach my goal and receive praise for my work on a daily basis.

      Cons

      Some may think that they might not be promoted in a short amount of time because of the amount of recruiters in the office that are all pushing for the same goal. This is so untrue! You have complete control over your success and there is so much territory for tons of promotion!

      Pros

      Insight Global makes coming to work fun, being social among your peers is encouraged and your success is shared by all around you. There is a great potential for growth within and pomotions are clearly laid out to you in what you have to do to get there.

      Cons

      The salary is low for the hours that are put in. And because of a young tight knit environment there can be office drama occasionally. You are competing against your co workers for a promotion so that can be awkward sometimes.
