I came to Insight Global over 9 years ago looking to find a great company where I could jump start my career. What I found was an amazing opportunity to do just that and a culture that was the "work hard, play work" to a "T". If you have a great work ethic, the passion to be the best, desire to competitively push yourself and your peers around you, and want to be surrounded by fun like minded professionals, then you have come to the right place. While at Insight Global you will find an opportunity to quickly get promoted into the Account Management role (outside sales) all based on your performance and personality. The long term opportunity to get into a management position is there for those who want it, otherwise you can stay in sales and make a very great living.

Cons

If it was easy, everyone would do it! Sales is tough and the fact that we hire right out of college, adapting to life after being undergraduate is tough enough. Being able to deal with high stress situations, demanding clients and high expectations doesn't do well for most people. If you can overcome that and stay positive, this is a great place for you!

Corporate culture, compensation, and the opportunity for advancement are huge PRO’s.

Cons

The stress of the job comes from things that are completely out of your control. Since our product is people and so are our clients, things don’t always go as planned. Knowing that there are going to be a lot of ups and downs definitely helps but sometimes your emotions will take over.
