      Pros

      Insight Global has huge potential for growth! This is a place where you can come in, learn and be trained appropriately and grow from within. The people working here are genuinely interested in the well being of each other and the company.

      Cons

      There aren't too many cons about the company however, I will say that it is not for everyone. It does take that special person to work here. You need to have that work ethic, drive and motivation to work. We work hard but not because we have to, we want to come through for our clients!

      Pros

      I started with Insight Global four years ago and I took the job because of the people I interviewed with. I loved how career-minded and motivated everyone was, and I wanted an environment where I would be challenged to be the best I could be. I knew that I would find that here at Insight Global. As time went on and I've watched us double in size (with regards to the number of internal employees), I feel very special to have contributed to this growth and I love being a part of something so great that is breaking records in the industry and the overall business world. Not only have we grown tremendously before my eyes, but we've also maintained the positive work environment that existed the day I took the job here. I'd say the two best things about Insight Global are the hard-working people and the opportunity for advancement (promotions are entirely from within).

      Cons

      It's really hard work. We have grown a ton but that's not due to luck or anything else besides hard work. The company expects a lot out of you, and they take care of you in return. You'll see that pretty much any sales role is hard work, but at Insight Global we hold a higher standard so be ready to work, truly earn your promotions, and always set higher goals for yourself.

      Great customer service with the Insight Global staff. My Insight Global representative was awesome and helpful with all my employment needs and issues.

      Cons

      Multiple self-managed timesheets! Not a big deal but a weekly hassle.
