      Great experience with two amazing recruiters

      Pros

      Insight Global does a great job of searching job boards to find qualified candidates and initiating contact to discuss their open positions. I had the pleasure of working with two excellent recruiters, Alanna and Molly. In addition to being professional, organized, and responsive, they were also kind and engaging. They had an intimate knowledge of their client company's business and were able to explain the position to me in great detail. Within one week of our introductory discussion, Alanna and Molly scheduled a phone interview, communicated feedback, scheduled in-person interviews, and finalized the offer with an excellent company. They were amazing!!!

      Cons

      Insight Global seems to put a lot of focus on asking potential candidates for references before they have presented the candidates to the hiring company. It would be nice if they change this policy and allow their recruiters to defer the reference requests until after an offer has been extended.

      Pros

      Insight Global has been such a wonderful transition from college life to the real world. If you are interested in sales, this is the company for you. I have learned so much in the 3 short months I have been here and can not wait to continue to grow in my career here.
