      Pros

      Recruiter and Account Manager were knowledgeable, friendly, and provided good insight on the employer.

      Cons

      There was a bit of confusion with the start date initially, but quickly resolved.

They work as a remarkable team; seamless, caring, helping you excel through the nine stages of a new assignment – from introspection, interview, onboarding and contributing to maximize your performance and contributions in a great assignment. Ask for Megan, Tim or Stephanie!

      I still use the well designed, black, Insight Global coffee cup to ponder important, cool, relaxed, collected, confident, happy-go-lucky, self-controlled, nerveless, composed, controlled, calm, easy, sure, self-confident contemplations and insights!

      * Puts my foot in the door of job opportunities * Responds to emails in a timely fashion. * Effective in updating me constantly with job opportunities. * Recruiter actively participates in sharing ideas and concepts with me. * Recruiter ensures all hiring paperwork is filled out and all required screening protocols are completed including W4s, drug tests and background checks for all new hires. * Recruiter displays positive attitude and good communication.

      Cons

      *The work being temporary, must be ensured to me that I'm there for the beginning of the work start. * May not always understand my skill set which could lead to misleading job opportunities. * As my experience builds, it should ensure that future job opportunities are of higher wages.
