      Pros

      The Insight Global team has a very quick and efficient hiring process. The recruiter I am working with, Amanda, and the account executive, Brianna, focused on a position that was a fit for me. My time was used wisely and not wasted on positions for which I was not a fit. Polite, courteous, efficient.

      I have not experienced any downside to working for this company

      Pros

      I moved across the country and Dan Larkin at the Scottsdale office was more than accommodating. He worked hard to find me the position that fit my job search criteria. He was always quick to respond to emails and phone calls whenever I had questions.

      Cons

      I really can't think of any cons. I have worked with several different recruiters from different companies and none of them have compared to insight global.

      extremely high turnover. Work/Life Balance is non-existent especially since you HAVE to go out with your co-workers when you get time off to climb corporate ladder. you have 23-27 year olds in all management roles its like pledging all over again. Except these 23-27 year olds are comm majors/ liberal arts majors that have no management skills. THIS IS NOT HOW THE WORK WORLD REALLY IS ALTHOUGH THEY WILL RECRUIT YOU AND TELL YOU THE "WORK HARD PLAY HARD" motto. ALSO the company FORCES current employees write positive posts boosting their rating. ( SHOULD BE ILLEGAL)
