      Pros

      The people you work with and for are the reason I go to work happy everyday. The best company culture I have ever heard of. It is a work hard play hard culture and that is exactly what I was looking for coming out of college. The money you can make is also a nice plus

      Cons

      Dont have anything negative to say. The only aspect of the job for me is that because I am guy I have to shave everyday but that goes with the territory of sales.

      Pros

      Insight Global was the perfect transition coming from college to the "real world." I enjoy coming to work each and everyday not only because of the people that I work with, but it has already taught me so much about time management, customer service, and how to build within the company. This company truly believes in the saying "work hard play hard." It takes time and effort for this job, but the end goals are realistic and achievable and it is a fantastic ride to get there.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is really understanding and learning the IT side to it. I came into this job clueless of the IT world and am learning something new each and every day. It basically was and still is a foreign language to me, however, Insight Global does a great job of teaching and helping you understand what the IT world is all about.

      Competitive work environment that entices everyone to work as hard as possible. This makes it extremely exciting to come to work each and every day. The people that work for Insight Global are highly motivated to push themselves to their personal limitations, while at the same time being incredibly down to earth and willing to lend a helping hand.

      Cons

      The fast paced work environment and the fact that you are expected to meet goals and expectations each and every day might not be for everyone.
