      Pros

      Very quick in finding an opportunity found myself one in 2 maybe 2.5 weeks! They were able to find a job that also suited me according to my skills. Found an environment that suited me. I told them the bottom dollar amount I could work for they found me that and then some!

      Cons

      Only issue that I have had that is really not their fault is my background check is taking longer then necessary. Said I was supposed to start this week I will be starting next week not a big deal, due to this is the field I have wanted to work in for awhile.

      After returning from a contract assignment in Switzerland for a Major Medical Device Client I was immediately called upon by Insight Global for an interview, and placed. They found me almost as soon as I departed the Air France plane at LAX and kept in communication until they secured the next position! The most professionally passionate and caring team out there today is at Insight Global. The key people that make this possible and that I highly recommend are the following amazing and very talented team of professionals~ Don't do a job search without them!       Pros

      They provided me with an excellent opportunity to further advance my career. Every employee I had the pleasure to work with or interact with was very helpful throughout the process. My recruiter, Bradford Mattox, was with me every step of the way and made my experience better than I could ask for. Any question or concern I had, he was always there to provide me with answers I needed. This was my first time working for Insight Global and it was such positive experience that if given the opportunity again I would use their recruiting in the future.

      Cons

      The only issue that I had was the fast turn around of placement and the start date. I would have liked to have had a grace period to where I could prepare myself for starting this job.
