Working with Insight Global has been an amazing and challenging experience to say the least. At first, I wasn't sure if technical recruiting would be a career I would be interested in, let alone good at. With Insight Global, it is more than just technical recruiting and cold calling. The culture is so unique and each employee is treated with respect and love. I'm a firm believer in loving what you do and liking the people you work with. I've always felt like my colleagues are my family and this includes all executives and upper management. Every single person is approachable, professional, and very nice. On top of the culture, the job has challenged me in ways I never thought I would be challenged. The best way to describe it is an individual sport in a team environment. You are pushed to be the best you can be and the hard obstacles I’ve overcome have never affected me in a negative way. The confrontation and the tough decisions that I’ve gone through as an Account Manager have made me a better and more professional sales person and I’m thankful for this opportunity. I couldn't say better things about this company and what we do. I love knowing that I offered someone a job who really needed it or helped a friend find part time work. Whatever it is, Insight Global is here to help and I'm just lucky to be a part of this unique company.

The only down side is the fact that I have to work out more since part of job is treating clients to lunches and happy hours :)
