      Pros

      They call you with possible job postings.

      Cons

      They don't provide you with an insight whether the job would be a good fit until the end of the first call. they don't read your resume that you've submitted on Monster or Careerbuilder. They ask you to fill in the blanks over the phone before they explain what position they would like you to apply for even with detail-oriented resumes. Let's not forget a different recruiter from the same office will call you several times about other opportunities and you're explaining the exact same work you've done.

      Pros

      Insight Global offers an environment for growth and a fastrack to success. They give you the tools necessary to excel and the rest is up to you! It is the best job I could have asked for post college because everyone is so outgoing, competitive and bright. You truly feel like part of a family. I absolutely love working here

      Cons

      I can't think of any negatives to the company -- they really do give you the tools you need to be successful and the rest is how much effort you put in! The road to sales is rocky and there are some rough days but the rest of the Insight Global family is there 110%!

      Pros

      Insight Global is a great company to work for. I've worked for several employment services in the past and had bad experiences, so I was a little hesitant to work for one again. Insight Global has been wonderful. They are always there to answer questions, the interview process was easy and informative, they listened to what kind of career I was interested in and found me the perfect career fit.

      Cons

      I haven't found any downside to working for Insight Global.
