      Pros

      -Tremendous room for growth and success -Fast paced and ever changing environment - Allows you to build and maintain relationships with your clients - Extremely supportive team and leadership that back you in all of your endeavors - Environment full of driven professionals

      Cons

      - The hours may be long but you get out what you put into this position. If you are willing to go above and beyond you will be rewarded for your hard work.

      Pros

      - When you do a good job, they praise you - The management buys a lot of alcohol - You can expense a lot of things

      Cons

      - Low base salary - HORRIBLE hours, they say it's an "8-5" job but more like "7:15am-6:30pm" - You work with people right out of college meaning, very immature - Management dangle "the carrot" in front of you until you can't run any further, then you either quit or get fired and they hire another college graduate to do your job - They use and abuse you!

      Pros

      Pay is OK if you negotiate hard enough. They try to give low rates but will go higher if you have some leverage.

      Cons

      They seem very disorganized no one seems to know what is going on. They promised me health care but then denied me coverage because I missed the deadline for selecting that benefit. The problem is that they never told me about the deadline until after the deadline was passed. I asked them before the deadline if there was anything I needed to do and they said everything was OK.
