Pros

If you follow their step by step plan, you'll climb the corporate ladder real fast. Their plan works, but it's robotic and repetitive. If you can stick through it, then you'll be great.

Cons

Main cons aren't so much about the company, but more the industry. Recruitment at a recruitment agency is really the same thing everywhere. You feel like you're taking advantage of people to make money of them. At the same time, you're finding people jobs so it's a catch-22.

Pros

-The company and employee environment is fantastic, everyone is eccentric and friendly. -Very good salary considering many Recruiters are university grads with minimal experience and marketable skills. -Professional environment.

Cons

-Long hours of menial work, mostly consisting of scouring resume websites for potential candidates, and cold-calling up to 40 or 50 of them per day. 9.5 hour work days are the bare minimum, with many Recruiters staying an extra hour each day because sales goals are set intentionally high. Minimal-to-no work-life balance exists for this company, who wholeheartedly embrace a culture of having minimal personal time outside of the office. -Static sales goals. They preach an acceptance for the fact that everyone learns at a different pace, but refuse to be accommodating when sales goals aren't met, even in the first week of employment! -High pressure environment, managers are friendly when your goals are met, but very stern when they aren't.

- The people I worked with were all around my age and became great friends to me. - My manager was patient and understanding, but also knew when he could push me a little more to be better. - You learn to stay organized and on top of things because there are so many things happening at once. - Client lunches are always fun ;)

Cons

- The start time is quite early. This wouldn't be an issue if the end time wasn't 5pm. - You can't work from home. - Not much growth. You're pretty much stuck if you don't want to be an Account Manager or Pro Recruiter.
