      Insight doesn't care about their employees once they are placed in a contract.

      Pros

      They appear to have lots of clients they can place you with although I've only worked with one.

      Cons

      The recruiters don't follow up after placement and the account manager only makes rare contact, usually when there is a trivial miscommunication. It may have only been my specific placement but it took almost a month before I started work when they had promised work within 2 weeks.

      Pros

      A very supportive and comfortable environment to work in with great colleagues, quality training for any sales position, and opportunity for growth.

      Cons

      It can be challenging at times and a lot of hardwork, but it all pays off eventually. There is also a lot of turnover with employees which can be difficult, but this could be chanegd overtime with the right adjustments.

      Pros

      Insight Global provides an environment that encourages growth and success. Office management truly cares about its employees and listens to what they need. The environment of the office is fun and fast and you are never bored. Insight Global also offers excellent training and sales experience as you advance your career. No matter which branch you chose to take in the company you will have a strong support base and management that you can depend upon to help you at any time.

      Cons

      Insight Global has a lot of turn over which can be difficult when the employees are your good friends. There is also a problem with account managers having no management experience and handling situations poorly.
