      Pros

      Had face to face meeting with recruiter early on in job search process. The recruiter was very professional and followed up with me on a couple of opportunities since the meeting. Would use Insight Global again.

      Cons

      None. I had other opportunities pending so I was slow to agree to be submitted for consideration on a particular position and by the time I decided to go forward with the position Insight global had found, the position had been filled.

      Growing Company. Rewarding for few, struggle to get to the top for the rest

      Pros

      Great group of people to work with. Young, fun and professional environment

      Cons

      Pay structure is completely out of whack. Entry level employees are pitted against each other to see who can come out on top. 1% commission for base recruiter is far to low and can be demoralizing if not recognized by upper management. Has a "pyramid" type feel with higher tiered employees making 10 times+ more than entry level. With that being said there is an EXTREMELY high turnover rate. Company hires a lot and feels like they "use" the employees to gain more business and do not look out for the future of those employees after.

      Pros

      Insight Global is one of the best places to work if you are looking for opportunities for advancement and a rewarding career. Hardwork pays off but the job can be stressful at times. It takes a certain type of person to be successful at this company. The leadership and support are apparent from a national, regional, and local level. Everyone encourages each other to succeed and grow.

      Cons

      Just like any job, stressful situations are common. You must be able to work in a fast-paced, high performance environment.
