      Pros

      Insight Global offers a lot to professionals looking for sales opportunities. Our company culture is fantastic and compensation package is more than generous. In the end, I really enjoy the people I work with and feel that I contribute to society by employing the un-employed.

      Cons

      I would say waking up so early takes some getting used to. Also, having someone overlook your daily responsibilities can be a little nerve racking. This can be considered a con but really it's teaching you professionalism and good work ethic.

      Pros

      The team at IGI is constantly uplifting and pushing you to work at your maximum potential. At this company, the opportunity for advancement is there for you if you are willing to work for it. The company will give you the necessary fundamentals that will propel you for the rest of your career. It is a very loud and fast-paced environment,and if you can keep up, the sky is the limit.

      Cons

      It can be a stressful environment if you can not keep up with the workload...the ability to muli-task and be organized is a key to success. There is definitely a show up early and leave late mentality at IGI. You will have to work hard to reap the rewards so if you are someone who does the bare minimum to get by, this is not the place for you.
