      Pros

      The team at IGI is constantly uplifting and pushing you to work at your maximum potential. At this company, the opportunity for advancement is there for you if you are willing to work for it. The company will give you the necessary fundamentals that will propel you for the rest of your career. It is a very loud and fast-paced environment,and if you can keep up, the sky is the limit.

      Cons

      It can be a stressful environment if you can not keep up with the workload...the ability to muli-task and be organized is a key to success. There is definitely a show up early and leave late mentality at IGI. You will have to work hard to reap the rewards so if you are someone who does the bare minimum to get by, this is not the place for you.

      Pros

      I have worked for Insight Global for just short of 2 years now and couldn't be happier with the decision I made to join. Yea, it's hard work but the perks and benefits of that hard work are well worth it. I love the people I work with, the compensation is well over what most of my other friends are finding out of college, and there is a ton of room for growth. I am also very happy with the professional growth I have incurred since working for Insight Global. I came in with very little sales experience and am now very confident in my ability to not only sell a service/product, but more importantly myself. I wouldn't trade that experience for anything.

      Cons

      Sales in general is not easy. You have to be willing to put in a lot of hard work and that may take you past 5 o'clock from time to time. This hard work definitely pays off though.
