They micro manage you, drill your brain with role plays because if you don't memorize the sales material it definitely wont come from passion. They promise you a promotion within 4-6 months if you work hard then they give it to the scum who fakes all his material that just knows how to be swave and was hired 2 months after you. Sorry but i don't feel like wasting my college degree on a frat house office just to be talked down to daily. This is only 1/8 of the reality here.

Unethical company. I interviewed with a recruiter in Conshohocken who promised a lot but delivered absolutely nothing. I wish I could post her name so any honest person looking for a job would know to avoid her completely. She used my professional references to generate business for herself, hounding my former manager constantly until he finally agreed to meet with her just to get her off his back. Its a tough job market, but there are still agencies/head hunters out there that will treat you ethically. This is not one of them.
