Pros

They have positions and recruiters in practically any large organization in the US.

Cons

I was disappointed after leaving a previous company, expecting a better environment. This company only offers temporary projects with minimal benefits. Insurance is overpriced, and there's no PTO, bench time, or training support. After projects end, you are let go without notice or assistance in finding new project. They don't care about their employees' careers or personal lives. I strongly advise avoiding this company; it's one of the worst places I've worked. They don't even ask for feedback. It was a mistake working here.

Pros

Weekly pay If you are between jobs fine, it’s a weekly paycheck. Give yourself an exit plan in 2 yrs. If you want to learn how to do sales and recruiting you will learn a lot. All their training and effort is in these two functions. They are a sales company.

Cons

Poor leadership. Poor business sense They have a new CFO who knows how to run a company she might turn it around. Sales or ex sales runs the entire company. If you are not in sales you are the “help”. If you have more than 5yrs experience in any corporate function, HR, accounting, IT or finance you know more than they do. And forget about proposing changes they are not up for that. Heck this company just started using laptops 6 yrs ago 401k is 250 per year. And since there are so many consultants eligible but don’t sign up they fail their 401k test every year. The max you can contribute is roughly 22k. If you put in more you will be refunded the following year. Perhaps the leaders in evergreen will take over one day. That is where the growth lies.

Pros

If you arenin between job, it will.holdnyou over but don't stay too long.

Cons

The management is awful. They take the smallest things personally because they have small egos. I was rushed to the hospital because of a life threatening issue and they took offense to it because I missed a meeting while the doctors were saving my life. After that it was constant harassment, if I took lunch breaks, no matter the time I would get a call saying I'm not working which is illegal. The manager bragged every Monday about getting rid of people because he was on a power trip. Reporting anything will just get you gaslit and "managed out of the company". Also there were always these little quips about people's accents or cultural background which I found weird.
