      Not sure why I had such a horrible experience

      Cons

      Be prepared to have a few other jobs in your back pocket. This place dumped me after promising to find me an assignment. The lack of communication and unprofessional behavior was quite eye opening. As a seasoned professional and having multiple contracting assignments, this was by far the absolute worst experience I have had in my entire career. If you want a secure and team environment, run run run. Wish I had read all of the negative feedback.

      Pros

      If you are in a pinch and need a bandage on your resume, then this works well. Pay is ok, but that depends on the Client.

      Cons

      Provides 1 day's notice before termination. Will not pay out any earned PTO. The medical benefits they provide are horrible and below standards. They consistently lie to their employees about job performance. Strange communication tactics with employees. Very poor provided hardware to do the job. Outdated and Old

      good camaraderie amongst recruiters constant feedback treats contractors well

      Cons

      You are constantly being measured on your metrics and nothing else. You're also expected to have the same productivity on weeks where you use PTO as when you work a full week, basically being punished for taking time off. It's also very hard to get promoted and the entry base salary is terrible.
