Pros

Professionalism among staff is a huge benefit when working at Insight. It is a culture of growth and personal enrichment. The staff have a genuine passion to help our clients and serve their best interests. Team accountability helps the various departments focus on desired goals. The Covid protocols/response demonstrated the resilience of the agency. Work Culture

Cons

Being a smaller provider to the BH needs of our community than the local hospitals and LMEs, we cannot compete with their larger budgets. So there is an on-going loss of Insight trained personnel.

Pros

Most therapists and other staff were amazing. The clients were mostly cool, some caused trouble in the halls, group rooms, etc.

Cons

Agree with other reviewer about the workplace bullying there. Insight also overworks the staff, including therapists. Many were working extra hours to keep up with the unreasonable workload and then the directors/supervisors blamed them for not being able to keep up. New therapists were given burdensome work to do before receiving any training. Upper level staff unfriendly (some were cruel). No salary increases (it didn't matter how long you were there). Stressful first job for some new grads. :-(
