Substantial PTO/sick leave for salary workers, free supervision for CADC/LCAS-A (provided the director of the year makes time for it), FMLA if needed, opportunities for paid time for interns

Cons

Out of touch senior management that responds to burned out employees by saying facility could function with fewer staff even though 1 person cannot call out sick without causing 2 other people to work overtime to compensate, wages that do not reflect cost of living, lack of adequate training before major responsibilities

Cons

Upper management doesn't care about you. The environment is toxic. The pay is HORRIBLE and the job is stressful and draining. Go elsewhere, you can do better.
