      Insight is a very big company which handle different range of technologies, gives you the freedom of choosing what you want to specialize in and support you in obtaining your certificates and any resources you might need

      Cons

      There isn't a robust structure on how to assign projects and I believe there is a better and more efficient method to assign projects
