Pros

Insight Pest Solutions was a great company to work for while I was in college. As a retention specialist I had great control over keeping customer’s satisfied, adding value, and selling. The freedom to sell products and services to customers provided great opportunities for growth and flexibility in commission earnings.

Cons

There aren’t many promotional opportunities, and while I was employed there was a high turnover rate of employees.

Not a hard job at all. I enjoyed all the employees.

Cons

Early mornings and late evenings sometimes. Depending on how many houses are on your route for the day.
