      CDCT is a great area to work

      Pros

      Pay is decent despite low merit increases due to covid. Leadership team mostly gets it Strong work from home culture in CDCT solution area Work/Life Balance is great in CDCT Business outlook is very good post COVID

      Cons

      Health insurance is "one of the worst employee plans I've ever seen" - Multiple health care friends. Sometimes leadership does focus on the wrong things (focusing on the money, and not the people)
