Typically in organizations when it comes to career growth and development, you are at the mercy of the leadership you find yourself under. At Insignia, that growth and autonomy are part of the leadership culture and not specific to any particular leader. Having a career development culture is a great characteristic of Insignia Federal. To me it is also a differentiation between companies that talk about growth and Insignia which embodies it.

On a successful journey to graduate from small company to a larger one which means they will be at the mercy of their ability to manage change and to continue to make the right hires moving forward. They seem very capable of doing that and it's exciting.
