But running any kind of operation here is a nightmare. There are literally no actual processes in place — people just guess how things should work based on what they've somehow figured out before. You ask someone how to do something, they send you somewhere else, and that person tells you something totally different, which gets really old after a while. No documentation, nobody knows who's responsible for anything, it's all just improvised as you go. At a certain point you stop asking for help and just try to work around everything on your own because there's no point waiting for clarity that never comes.
