Pros

Small company, little bureaucracy, start up feel while established in the market. You will gain valuable knowledge and experience about running a business in general from their use of EOS(Entrepreneurial Operating System) and Agile Scrum and in-depth quarterly reviews and goal setting.

Cons

Being a small team leads to changing roles and responsibilities which at times can change your course and future with the company.
