Great company, great team, great culture, great processes

Pros

This is a small (~20 employees) company with a tight-knit team, all working together towards common goals that are articulated by management each quarter. The company doesn't bat an eye at spending thousands of dollars to train an employee (I received the full Pragmatic Product Marketing training) and demands that employees take full ownership of their job function.

Cons

Small company (not really a con for me) but owned by a larger company.

Pros

A group of A players that share common core values. Use EOS to manage the business, ensure everyone is working towards common goals, and quickly identify and solve issues. The best culture I've ever worked in. We are expected to try new things, fail quickly and improve. Tremendous focus on solving our customers' problems.

Cons

We are a bootstrapped company. Being customer funded means we can only focus on so much at one time. There's a lot we want to do. Prioritizing and getting the most important things done 1st is very important.

The company takes its core values very seriously and it creates a fantastic environment to work in. Goals each quarter for the company and individual teams are clear.

Cons

Some tech debt slows down progress with new products and processes.
