      Employee focused, consistently on top of Best Employer lists, Culture emanates from the founder (Paul Sarvadi), who models the values he espouses. Highly ethical. Emphasis on work/life balance. Industry leader.

      Cons

      May be a little too conservative, at times, due to the nature of the business. May not be the place for you if you aspire to be the VP of HR.

      Pros

      For starters- everyone from the CEO to the local management team truly cares about their employees & local community. The main selling point for me, as a candidate interviewing, was the support behind the service Insperity offers. Top reps make over 250K+. The relationships fostered with both employees and clients are deep and meaningful; which speaks to the high retention rate on both fronts.

      Cons

      The work can be very demanding; and returns on these efforts take a while to see.
