      Pros

      I love my team, leadership is accommodating and helpful. Company culture is unmatched, so much friendliness and hospitality and willingness to help. huge focus on employee growth/success, clear pathways for growth and lots of internal hiring. Layoffs are infrequent. Very inclusive culture. GREAT benefits package, lots of PTO and remote work options.

      Cons

      Training wasn't well planned or structured for this role, consider coming in with some experience. Salary is on lower end with no commission structure.

      Lots of competition in this space but that's no fault to Insperity. A hard but rewarding job

      Pros

      Lenient due to the long sales cycle. Have a comp card for gas and other related expenses. Lots of freedom to produce sales how you want.

      Cons

      Little direction or support. Training is poorly timed and usually off-topic for what people need help with. Communication was almost non-existent when asking basic support questions on insurance or how to work their systems.
