      Pros

      Very few pros anymore. Semi-hybrid

      Cons

      They don't have the same flexibility that they used to. Management favors tenured employees and does not accept feedback or are they willing to change. Benefits are more expensive. You get a raise and the "raise" is used up with the benefit hike. They do not pay what market pays for certain positions. Expect alot out of certain groups and NO ACCOUNTABILITY

      Pros

      The benefits they offer are good.

      Cons

      The organization does not appear to prioritize work–life balance. Instances of favoritism are evident across multiple departments. Management and supervisors tend to engage in micromanagement, and there is a noticeable lack of emphasis on accountability or appropriate consequences when employees are at fault. The organization’s salary structure and annual raise percentages are not competitive with current market standards, which may impact employee retention and recruitment
