Pros

Management is awesome PTO is pretty competitive Alot of learning opportunities

Cons

If you change jobs internally you only get a 5% raise in pay. Meaning someone who has never heard of the system nor has the experience as you can make a lot more if they were getting hired externally.

Pros

The benefits and pay were good. The people are kind, friendly, and collaborative. With a few notable exceptions of legacy software, which is inevitable anywhere, the technology is good. Most roles are hybrid friendly, if not remote. The company has a lot of momentum so it can be an exciting place to work if you're on the right team. The executive team is generous and wants good things for their employees with a large emphasis on well-being.

Cons

Talk comes first, then action comes second. Be ready for extensive pleasantries before every meeting and interaction with someone. It's nice, but if you come from a Results or Get Stuff Done organization, it can be jarring and can feel fluffy. There is a good culture. However, as is the case with all big companies, your experience will largely depend on your team and manager. A bad team culture will make it difficult to enjoy the many Pros of working here. Many roles' work load is drastically weighted during a portion of the year. Ask if this is a factor in a role you are seeking out. My job was extremely stressful for 2 months of the year and then was pretty chill. A coworker's work load goes up 10x during 3 months of the year, every year, and our manager refused to bring on help (temporary or otherwise) but justs asks "how things going" despite knowing she is stressed to the max. All that to say the reality of (executive management's well intentions towards) well-being on our team was an absolute joke for a portion of the year. Career pathing is non existent, but there were recent talks of it being developed in the future. Until then, be prepared to fight for your own development, whether that means forming new skills or applying to an internal job. In my time, my managers focus was on me cross training so my overworked coworkers could take PTO without taking their laptops on vacation. A good focus perhaps, but hardly inspiring on a career level.

Pros

The company offers hybrid and remote positions.

Cons

During onboarding you are told the position entails of 50-60 clients, but realistically it's about 90 clients. The workload is heavy with faulty systems that are used for the position. Long wait times if you are trying to get a hold of their contact center for both client and employees. Also, the HR department won't respond to employees right away. Their Time and Attendance system "Timestar" is not seamless. There's no flow to the system. When you click on an item it opens another and another screen then logs you out.
