      -Pay is decent, commission and residues for all clients you bring in -Competent local manager and sales leadership

      Cons

      -Constant cold calling -corporate trainers are out of touch with realities of prospecting -service teams do not follow through on the company commitments so don’t onboard your friends businesses unless you don’t mind the embarrassment

      Pros

      I enjoyed working for Insperity. The company had great benefits and leadership. Although it was a large company the leadership was great.

      Cons

      The separation agreement department is overworked and needs more help. It was non-stop and you had to work every second of the day with little breaks.
