Pros

Excellent culture. They truly care about their employees and their clients. This is a company that really lives their values. Leadership is transparent. Pay and benefits are great. Lots of support to be successful. Plenty of learning and development opportunities.

Cons

The amount of information and resources available can be overwhelming and do take some time to learn how to navigate.

Exciting growth and history of where the company has accomplished

Cons

Training for new people is terrible. The culture is talked about but not practiced. The salary structure is no where near the competition. (Do research and don’t accept first offer) They offer HR so you would think their own HR department would be cutting edge - the leadership is all about nepotism and favorites. D & I only in place not practiced.

Flexible Work Schedules Some Managers are great On the surface, looks like a great company

Cons

Great company- if you're white Very low salary and bonuses and troubling comp strategy. They misclassify job titles so they can under pay for a role. Then the role will slowly grow into a higher level role that you soon are underpaid for completing Unconscious Biases throughout manager and leadership levels
