      Good base, good insurance, good benefits

      TERRIBLE leadership, terrible process, no help, no direction. Basically people are hired to cold call the daylights out of the market. Their is no plan to organize the approach or sales to the market. The level of harassment and poor judgement is incredible...beyond anything I have ever seen. Good old boy network...no question!

      I wish I could think of one.

      Cons

      They haze newly hired sales people, by blowing up your deals or not helping get them through with the hope that you will leave the firm. If you leave they push the deal out to the "top producers" 25 years in business, I never saw anything like this place. Services are over priced. Bigoted management in the NYC area.
