Hypocritical company does not practice what they preach!

Benefits are decent and relatively inexpensive

Cons

Incompetent management in sales. Nepotism rules and butt kissing w get even a below average employee promoted. Pyramid scheme where tenured reps poach 50% of any deals they “help” newer reps close. Extremely high turnover. Service they sell is often double the price of the competition w a very high “set up fee” which is just 100% commission for the reps. It’s a rip off to their new clients. Do not buy from Insperity!

Possibility to make a lot of money, great service team to support sales.

Cons

Leadership has the ability to take sales from one rep and just give to another, ignoring all company policy! Company pretends like they have a great culture but really they just witch hunt anyone who brings any of the deceit to light! Avoid if you are a professional and actually interested in working for a company that practices what they preach!
